College Algebra
Course Description
College Algebra is a one-year course and “a continuation of Algebra I and Algebra II concepts. Students will continue to build up algebra skills for the next level of math courses. Students develop better solving skills, cooperative learning, and real world data collection” (NHS Course Description Guide). Topics include functions, inverses, linear systems, quadratics, square root functions, rational functions, exponential functions, logarithmic functions, and conics.
