On Tuesday, April 28th, Herff Jones will have a drive-thru pick up from 10:00-12:00 for graduation items including announcements and Cap & Gowns. We will break up the seniors alphabetically into 4 groups in order to limit the number of people at one time. In order to limit contact between the people distributing and students or parents the following protocols must be followed.
Prior to coming write the first and last name of the student in bold print on a full-size sheet of paper.
The vehicle getting the graduation items will drive through the main entry road at the front of the high school.
When driving through, the vehicle will pull up to the distribution point and stop. No one will be allowed to get out of the vehicle.
You will hold up the sheet with the student name in the window to be read by the distribution team.
The driver will then open the trunk, hatchback or rear lift gate of the vehicle.
The distribution team will place the graduation items in the open trunk, hatchback or rear lift gate of the vehicle and close it.
Driver can pull away with their graduation items.
Please know that no orders or sales will be taken on this day. Only goods that have been previously ordered will be distributed.
The alpha split for groups and times for pick-up are listed below. Please stick to these pick-up times to limit any delays. Parents can pick up graduation items for their student. Student does not have to be present for pick up.

10:30-11:00 Last name H-M
11:00-11:30 Last name N-R
11:30-12:00 Last name S-Z
