You will be receiving monthly coaching from a Gear UP instructional coach throughout the school year.  These sessions are non-evaluative and are designed to help you become the best teacher possible.  You can expect observations on Monday, 9/11 before 2:00 and then the coach will reach out to you with feedback either during your conference period or virtually.
