Here are the specifics as I know them as of right now.
1. Students will set up their station in the NJH gym, beginning at 8:30 am.
2. Half of the 8th graders will be allowed to visit the gym and the displays the student ambassadors have set up during 2nd period (9:08-9:59). The other half of the 8th graders will be allowed to visit the gym and the displays during 3rd period (10:02-10:53).
3. Student ambassadors will be allowed to clean up their areas and pack up their stuff and should return to NHS for the beginning of 5th period.
4. No more than 4 student ambassadors per program of study.
5. Each program of study should create a display board, slide show presentation, or video to show off and explain the program of study to 8th graders (who probably have no idea what the program of study entails). Items to include in the presentation are (1) Certifications students can earn and why they are important to our industry and the student's future, (2) Where your programs and classes can "take you in life", (3) Any cool projects you do, (4) Trips you take associated with your programs (ie. Minute Maid park for Sports Marketing), and (5) CTSO associated with your program of study (Skills, FCCLA, HOSA, etc).

7. If you have your conference period during the time of the Fair, please feel free to go to NJH and visit the Fair. However, we will not be providing any substitutes for you on this day to be able to go to the Fair.
